Casarecce with Spicy Chorizo Sausage
- Bring a pot of boiling salted water to a boil.
- Add the casarecce and cook for 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile warm the chorizo sauce in a pot over low heat – add the cream.
- After 7 minutes, strain the casarecce from the water. Dress with olive oil and add to the chorizo sauce.
- Over a gentle heat, cook the sauce and pasta mixture together for 2 minutes. Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Add salt as needed.
