Green Beans

prep time: 5 minutes

  1. The beans will be cooked when picked upĀ 

  2. To re-heat, place the beans in wide based pot.

  3. Add water (or chicken broth) to the depth of 1.5cm.

  4. Add a good pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.

  5. Turn on the heat and cook briskly until the water (or broth) has evaporated and the beans are coated in the remaining oil.

  6. Serve!
