Green Beans

The beans will be cooked when picked upĀ

To re-heat, place the beans in wide based pot.

Add water (or chicken broth) to the depth of 1.5cm.

Add a good pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Turn on the heat and cook briskly until the water (or broth) has evaporated and the beans are coated in the remaining oil.

Serve!
