Peas & Carrots

cooking oil, parsley

  1. Warm 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the peas, carrots and a pinch of salt.
  3. Toss the peas and carrots in the oil as they cook for approximately 6 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Finish with parsley and serve.
