Broccoli and Aspargus

For the Broccolini

  1. Warm 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the broccoli and as pargus with a pinch of salt.
  3. Toss the vegetables in the oil as they cook for approximately 4-5 minutes or until warm and lightly caramelized.
